Ken, I'm impressed your perseverance. I am not so much impressed with chromium/qtwebengine. I have run into problems with chromium in that I cannot log on to google with that browser. I am told that it is due to security issues.

Note that Chrome is based on chromium, but they are not the same.

If it was up to me, I'd just drop qtwebengine and the only thing in BLFS that uses it, falkon.
