Yes. Looking closelly at xhtml/autoidx.xsl in the XSL sources, all the sortas values in the book are traslated to uppercase and then sorted alphabetically. > We need to decide how we want the Index stuff sorted if the maintainers > ever change to a case-sensitive sortas attribute.
