There were some changes that broke python binding compatibility which
affected 'trac' for one. I'm not sure whether that's because they were
abusing an internal part of the API or not. Other 3rd party apps may be
affected, though I don't know of any off hand. As it is, I've been
using 1.2.0 here since it came out and haven't had any issues. They're
about to release 1.2.1 though which solves a performance regression
concerning 'svn log'.
