Hm... Just tried compiling with that patch in there for 4.09 on 4.11... ;)
Of course, it ran into a problem... Seems that it doesn't know what fds is
anymore. :D
Looks like the patch for 4.11 SHOULD look like this now (not 100% sure, but
it worked for me)...:
