Okay, there doesn't seem to be any reasons why we shouldn't add
this package to BLFS. Question is, which chapter of BLFS should it
be placed in? It is not really a 'server', and it is more than a
'library'.

Looking for advice from the community. I'm leaning to the 'General
Utilities' chapter. Information about unixODBC can be found at
http://www.unixodbc.org/
