Hello,
I believe there is a slight problem with the installation instructions
for gtk2 in the current version of the book (svn).
I'm installing to /tmp in order not to touch my current installation:
# install -v -m755 -d /tmp/doc/gtk+-2.8.6/{faq,tutorial}
install: creating directory `/tmp/doc'
install: creating directory `/tmp/doc/gtk+-2.8.6'
install: creating directory `/tmp/doc/gtk+-2.8.6/faq'
install: creating directory `/tmp/doc/gtk+-2.8.6/tutorial'
# install -v -m644 docs/faq/html/* /tmp/doc/gtk+-2.8.6/faq
`docs/faq/html/c958.html' -> `/tmp/doc/gtk+-2.8.6/faq/c958.html'

install: `docs/faq/html/stylesheet-images' is a directory
`docs/faq/html/x104.html' -> `/tmp/doc/gtk+-2.8.6/faq/x104.html'

A similar error occurs with the tutorial installation.
I'm trying to figure out the best solution, but I don't have a lot of
time right now and I preferred to let you know about this as soon as
possible.
