Thanks for the info, Joseph. Looks like it'll be best to hold off on cairo-gtk2 for a while. It seems like in the end that will be a massive improvement if FF uses cairo and glitz directly to draw the window. If anyone would like to try --enable-default-toolkit=gtk2 (which is the default) vs. --enable-default-toolkit=cairo-gtk2, I'd be interested to hear a comparison. Unfortunately, I don't have the hardware to throw down consecutive builds for FF.
