Only because you have blinders on, and you have been the strongest,
and only, proponent to remove XFree86. :-)

It still provides complete X11R6 functionality and maintains the
existing build system. In my opinion, it should be maintained until
Xorg, in it's new incarnation has been proven to provide a better X
Windows environment, with a consistent and reliable build method.

To me, this will be several months (perhaps up to a year) that
it will take to get Xorg where it is a 'better' X windows
environment.
