Hey guys, with our current setup, is there a way to generate a
'subchapter' with it's own entries indented one level deeper in the TOC?
The only way I was able to do it (with Manuel's help) was a real
hack. Look at the GNOME add-ons section.
Thanks for the quick reply Randy. That would work without breaking the
flow of the TOC if each X implementation is separated...I'm not sure I
like it though....I effectively want to do an xorg7 page, and xi's
inside <sect1> tags, with chunking on <sect2> (which AFAICT isn't
possible). :-)
Here is sort how I'd envison the 'hack' version:
...
VII. X + Window Managers
25. X Window System Environment
Xorg-6.8.2 (monlitic)
* Xorg-6.8.2
Xorg-7.0 (modular)
* Xorg Protocol Headers
* Xorg Libraries
* Xorg Applications
* Xorg Data
* Xorg Server
* Xorg Drivers
* Xorg Fonts
XFree86
* XFree86-4.5.0
Configuring X
* Additional X Window System Configuration
* X Window System Components
26. X Libraries
...
I don't think it'll look quite 'right' when it's done with only one page
under two of the headings, but I'll try it out and see.
Thanks for the idea.
