I disagree. My buildlog shows several files and folders being installed
into /var/lib
/var/lib/scrollkeeper
/var/lib/scrollkeeper/C/scrollkeeper_cl.xml
/var/lib/scrollkeeper/C/scrollkeeper_extended_cl.xml
/var/lib/scrollkeeper/scrollkeeper_docs
/var/log/scrollkeeper.log
