Not to start an argument, or even a discussion about it for that matter,
unless it is wanted, I disagree. There sometimes is a gray area, it may
not always be black and white.

I know I've argued against frivolous use of "Recommended", so it may
appear my argument is conflicting with previous statements. But I do
think that there is *some* proper use of Recommended dependencies.
