the ftp URL in Book for
CDParanoia-III-9.8
doesn't work. It reads
ftp://ftp.yars.free.net/pub/software/unix/util/cd/cdparanoia-III-alpha9.8.src.tgz
ftp://ftp.yars.free.net/pub/ still exists, but its contents have been
thoroughly
rearranged (there is no "software" subdirectory, and the OS-specific
directories listed don't include "unix"). I can't find cdparanoia in
there in
in any plausible location (like /pub/linux or pub/source ). FreeBSD 6.0
is in there, which ought to have it, but only as an ISO image.
FreeBSD mirrors exist all over the place: e.g., the large UK mirror
