Exactly.  "If you have system NSS installed, then
--with-nss-libs=/usr/lib ...", "If you have Mozilla installed, then
--with-nss-libs=/usr/lib/mozilla ..."

I don't see what this has to do with what you said.  I didn't say
anything about people not knowing where the libraries are.
