Please add at least the mkisofs iconv patch to the book and update
Nautilus CD Burner dependencies to indicate that it depends on patched
mkisofs. Until this is done, a note exists at

K3B doesn't, strictly speaking, depend on this patch in non-UTF-8
locales because it allows the user to specify the input charset in the
advanced burning options. However, it is a mistake to think that
everyone living outside USA and Europe is a wizard/expert and has to
poke in advanced settings. The mkisofs iconv patch saves the users from
this need. And of course, this patch is essential in UTF-8 locales
because unpatched mkisofs just won't accept UTF-8 as the input charset.
