Me, too, but it would have taken a 3rd sed at a minimum. I opted for the easy way out. I just finished building, testing, and installing coreutils in chapter 6 using a new hostname patch (will be in the svn commit momentarily). The only difference is that the mangled grep in this patch has the occurrence of su.x in both the removed and added lines. This is the part of the uptime_kill_su-2 patch that broke the old hostname patch, so I just opted for adding that bit and leaving the rest of the patch alone. -- Archaic Want control, education, and security from your operating system?
