To ensure just the right pages are touched, I'll loop through the book using a list of the sections (basicnet, connect, general, ...) And yes, it would require checking the pages, but that isn't so bad. Create a PDF file then just use Xpdf to click on each package from the chapter listings in the TOC on the left side. You could probably check 40-60 pages a minute as there would only be a quick glance at the first page of each package file. Do note that my offer does not include creating the Wiki pages.
