Hi all, First and foremost, this is not an attempt to bring up any issue(s) that may have been discussed already, nor is it an attempt to compare the different bug tracking systems used in the past/present.
But, is there a way that I can poll the Trag bug system using search criteria without defining a new report? I'm thinking that Trac is first off a bug-tracking system (hence its name) and there would be some logical way to do, for instance: In bugzilla, I could search for all bugs, (open, just mine, whatever) that fit certain criteria and have it return relevant stuff. I would like to poll the Trac system for all *open* bugs that may have Stunnel in the subject. This was a piece of cake in Bugzilla, yet I cannot figure out how to do it in Trac. Entering what I think is the smallest search criteria, while still allowing my search to be effective, returns *all* bugs, open or not. I just want open ones. For some packages, I get 20-30 hits, when there would only be *one* hit in a bugzilla search. I realize I could define reports, but in BLFS where there are over a hundred bugs, and it would be nice to narrow it down to just the open ones, and then search from there without creating a custom report, how do I do it? -- Randy rmlscsi: [bogomips 1003.28] [GNU ld version 2.16.1] [gcc (GCC) 4.0.3] [GNU C Library stable release version 2.3.6] [Linux 2.6.14.3 i686] 20:10:01 up 5 days, 8:47, 6 users, load average: 0.07, 0.03, 0.01 -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/blfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
