Hello,
the BLFS book currently includes Dillo-0.8.5, with the optional static change of
the character set in src/dw_style.c.
1) This is not the latest version of Dillo
2) The change doesn't really help much
3) There is a better version of the change (the character set is taken from the
standard HTTP headers)
So I propose to either drop Dillo, or switch to a fork from
http://teki.jpn.ph/pc/software/index-e.shtml
