I don't care either way, but I'm updating GNOME from 2.14.2 to 2.14.3 (only because all the work has been done for a long time, just had to update the book text - I'll probably commit tonight). I think it would be nice to do the KDE update, but it is a lot of work, and a couple of months after BLFS-6.2.0 is released, KDE will probably be lagging again. I'm really not qualified to comment. I'm still using Xorg-6.9 and still have never built the autotooled version of Xorg yet. I'm way behind in the X world, but am I really that behind? Is there any *real* functionality that has been added in the last while that I'm doing without because I haven't moved to the autotooled version? -- Randy rmlscsi: [bogomips 1003.26] [GNU ld version 2.16.1] [gcc (GCC) 4.0.3] [GNU C Library stable release version 2.3.6] [Linux 2.6.14.3 i686] 16:38:00 up 30 min, 1 user, load average: 0.12, 0.03, 0.03 -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/blfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
