I'm thinking that the pam_console and PAM consolehelper packages are completely different. Joe's response turned me on to the package where you can find consolehelper, but if you try to configure the package, it complains that libuser is not installed. And libuser looks like a package I'd rather not mention (like selinux). I'm thinking about removing the consolehelper dependency as it appears to be very, very RedHat specific. Thoughts from others?
