glib-2.10.3 ftp link

I just noticed that the ftp link for glib-2.10.3 doesn't work, I
scanned the directory, and there are no glib files in there, as was
the case with previous versions.
The new address is now ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/glib/2.10/glib-2.10.3.tar.bz2
