Ther are some links in the svn-version of the book. I tested the new
wget-list target in the makefile and found the following links dead.

- sysstat: ftp-link no longer valid, the only version available is 7.0.3

- HTML-Tree: new maintainer, new version

- Module-CoreList new version: 2.09

- wvdial: anonymous ftp access doesn't work
- dhcpd: only new version on ftp-server (3.0.{6,8,9})

- ntp: version 4.2.0a not on ftp-server, new version 4.2.4
- nmap: version 4.03 not on ftp-server; instead 4.{10,11,20}
- httpd: apache seems to be no longer on ftp.tux.org
- mysql: version 5.0.21 not on ftp-server; newer versions 5.0.{24a,27}
- postgresql: version 8.1.3 no longer on the main ftp-servers
  there is an achive server instead:
  ftp://ftp-archives.postgresql.org/pub/source/v8.1.3/
- rsync 2.6.8 has moved to old-versions subdirectory
- xchat 2.6.2 no longer on ftp-server; versions 2.6{6,8} and 2.8.0
- nas: ftp-server ftp.us.xemacs.org is empty
- xine-lib: only new versions available 1.1.{2,3}
- libmikmod: anonymous ftp access doesn't work
- audacious: only new versions available 1.1.2 and 1.2.{1,2}
- MPlayer codecs essential: new version 20061022
- MPlayer codecs all: new version 20061022
- MPlayer skin Blue: new version 1.7
- ghostscript: wrong link (/gs851/) should be:
ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/ghost/AFPL/gs853/ghostscript-8.53.tar.bz2
- sane-backends: moved to old-versions subdirectory
