 r1752 ?  (yes, I am subscribed to -patches now, it moaned too much
about my errors after the move to the new server).  I think
directories are refreshed individually by a hook from the commit.
In my case, I've broken the refresh by using '-' within patch names
 : it needs to be '_' if not in the package name and not separating
the patch version number.

 In your case, I can't see anything obviously wrong with the name
(but producing valid names from my own patches is one of my weak
points, so no guarantees!).
