Noted in this recent version that if both the HTTP and FTP links for a package is broken, the list only contains the HTTP link. This isn't true for all packages, but for many it is. Take MySQL for example, only the HTTP link is listed, though the FTP link is bad as well. I'm thinking it is a wget --spider issue, but I'm not sure. I did notice that some links say they are busted, but really aren't.
