Noted in this recent version that if both the HTTP and FTP links for
a package is broken, the list only contains the HTTP link. This isn't
true for all packages, but for many it is. Take MySQL for example,
only the HTTP link is listed, though the FTP link is bad as well.

I'm thinking it is a wget --spider issue, but I'm not sure. I did
notice that some links say they are busted, but really aren't. They
only appear busted using wget (403 Forbidden error), yet clicking
on the link works as expected (note the Pilot-Link HTTP link is
like this).
