Sigh..., it appears the 0.58.1 version has been removed in the last
couple of days. Either

1) we move the download URL to the Anduin server, or
2) update to the 1.0a-1 version (which seems it requires downloading
the original tarball and a diff patch).

I can go either way, but at this point #1 is easier, and a month from
now the 1.0a version will probably be gone as well. #1 seems the more
stable plan for the 6.2.0 book.

Thoughts?
