Hi. I just built xine-lib-1.1.4, compiled and checked succesfully with these configure options:
./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-static --enable-antialiasing --with-external-ffmpeg --with-external-a52dec --with-external-libmad --with-external-libmpcdec --with-external-dvdnav --with-external-libdts. I didn't pass the "--with-xv-path=</dir/path>" and I have Xorg-7.1 installed in /usr/X11R7 (anyway it picked it up itself during configure). The only dependency missing is DirectFB, all others (required and optional/additional) installed. I then installed Totem linked against this version and compiled.
