Hi all,

I'm not positive, but it appears the Cyrus-SASL instructions still
contains a command to apply a patch which isn't required (nor listed
as a download) any longer. If Dan can confirm this and remove the
instruction to install the patch, great. Otherwise I need to go and
look at my build scripts to see if I used such a patch.

A fix (if necessary) would be great.
