I've attached a patch with some updates to the Acknowledgments and
Credits pages, taking into account the changed chapter #'s for KDE and
GNOME instructions and one more lingering mention of GNOME 1.4
Also, I was about to submit a bunch of corrections for "acknowledgments"
listed for packages no longer in the book, including the /etc/inputrc
and Package Management sections which have been moved into LFS, but I
wasn't sure how those are handled. Some packages are just no longer
mentioned on that page, some are still there despite not appearing in
the book, and some are simply commented out. What should be done here?
