I'll post a timeline for the release today. If it is agreeable
to everyone, we'll run with it.

I'm going to go through Trac right now and clean up/reorg
what I can to narrow down the 6.3 tickets.

I'm hesitant to branch right now as I'd like focus to be on a
6.3 release. After the timeline is approved, then we can branch.
