Hello,

I have added the configuration instructions for dialup, GPRS and PPPoE
connections that use only programs that come with the PPP package. Thus, the
following packages can be safely removed now, because they don't add
functionality:

  * wvstreams (used only by wvdial, which is to be removed)
  * wvdial (use instructions from the PPP page instead, as there are no ISPs
that require the complicated guesswork performed by wvdial)
  * rp-pppoe (use instructions from the PPP page instead)

I will do that when I receive reports that the new instructions from the PPP
page work.

Thus, after the removals, we will be left with the following structure of the
"Connecting to a Network" section:

* Connecting to a network
   * Dial-up networking
     * PPP-2.4.4
   * DHCP clients
     * DHCP-3.0.5 Client
     * dhcpcd-3.0.19

This is ugly, because the "Dial-up networking" section contains only one
package. Moreover, this section is now misnamed, as PPPoE (broadband)
connections are also handled there.

How to improve the structure of this section?
