It will just take a few seconds to update the files with bootscripts when that is next released, and half a day on average for all servers to rsync the updates, so should be fine.
Also just wondering, how long do we want to keep the blfs packages for older books? The conglomeration dir is still small, only 4.7GB and I haven't heard any complaints about the size of the repo. Currently the repo has files for 6.1, 6.2.0 and 6.3. I'm fine with leaving them there. 6.1 was released 3 years ago it looks like.
