Not so far, and looking at
http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/xulrunner/releases/
there was no separate 1.9.0.2 either.
Looking at the firefox-3.0.4 source, '1.9.0.4' appears in
config/milestone.txt, so I guess my current thoughts are:
(i.) *always* use 'firefox' to build xulrunner.
(ii.) put a note on the xulrunner page to say that only some
versions are "separately" released as 'xulrunner'.
Looking at past releases to see if they were identical to the
firefox source:
