Please forget the "I will". It's just "do".

I am quoting myself from another email, when you've send me some patches
for mutt:

That is not my job. But if you really want my opinion...
Honestly I wouldn't recommend you as an editor, although you are smart.
But!!! You make too much noise in the tickets, you've repeatedly ignored
people's suggestions, you've been unrespectful on occasions and you've
shown egoism and since this is a community project all these are big
problems. However and to be fair, you've shown discipline, courage,
you've been humorous at times and you've shown a true love for the
project. It's up to you to choose the path. But I am not optimistic.
I am wishing however to be wrong.

So William how did you change, since then?

I am hesitating to ask from Bruce to reconsider, but I am going to do it,
mostly because the Bug Tracking System is vital in an open source project
and should be easy for users to create tickets and report problems.

However this also will make the Bug Tracker available to you. Are you
ready to:

a. respect other people, even if they make the wrong thing (there is a
   hierarchy you know)?
b. are you going to make first a research and provide it to the ticket
accompanied with links and proves, before you make statements?
c. are you willing to stop posting duplicate tickets to say the same
   thing?
d. are you willing to stop using CAPS?
e. are you going to stop require from editors to follow your wills?
f. are you going to keep the netiquette by follow bottom posting?
[long list cropped] ...

If you promise that you will do all these things and many more, then
I am asking from Bruce to revert his decision.

If you (after the revert) break again the rules (that is common sense for
everybody), then we have no other choice than to find a way to disallow
you to participate in this project.

Regards,
Ag.
