Hi,
Some time back there was discussion on the xorg/*7.4.{wget,md4} files
being updated with no proper version control. Has there been any been
any decision or action point made on this? Up to this point in time,
I've been using my own 'snapshot' of Xorg 7.4. But recently I thought I
rebuild the 'latest version' and things started to break, as it turned
out, due to outdated wget and md5 files. Are these 7.4 files really
related to 7.4 Xorg, or are they now a later version?
Personally I would prefer to have multiple versions kept with a suffix
appended to the name to indicated the version, like with the patch
files. That way as a reader of the 'book' I would know if a change has
been made.
Regards,
Wayne.
