Ah, my mistake. I didn't actually see the loadproc line underneath. In theory, yes, ntpd -q should be run once first, to update the current time, but I don't think that should necessarily be done in the boot script. One manual initial run on install should suffice. If we do include an initial ntpd -q in the bootscript, we should at least check for connectivity to the time server first.
