As a side note, you don't need Mono just for tomboy. Instead, what
should go into the book instead of it is GNote
(http://live.gnome.org/Gnote). This requires GTKmm, libxml2,
libpanelappletmm (which needs gconfmm and gnome-panel, gconfmm itself
needs gtkmm and GConf), Boost, Intltool, gnome-doc-utils,
Desktop-file-utils, PCRE, and can optinally use DBUS-c++ and Gtkspell.
This sounds like a lot, but most of the packages mentioned (except
Libpanelappletmm, Gconfmm, and Boost) are in the book, and it's less
of a resource hog than Tomboy.

This sounds like a new version of GConf...

I hope for the best for 2.32.
