William, thanks for the suggestions, they certainly do help. I actually 
install Uming and Sazanami myself, however, being that I do not speak or 
read those languages, I am incapable of judging how much better they 
are. The list currently in the book is approximately 6 years old now and 
was committed by Alexander Patrakov, our (former?) resident expert of 
all things i18n. If you would like to try your hand at a patch against 
the new page, I would be happy to commit it for you. If not, I'll try 
and get to it within the next couple of days (when I put the page back).
