Well, that was the deciding factor. I elected to just include glxgears 
and glxinfo as part of MesaLib-7.9. I looked at the rest of the xdemos. 
Some were pretty, but most are not useful for troubleshooting which is 
AFAIK, the only purpose of installing them. If somebody wants to add 
them, then we can remove the patch from the MesaLib page at a later 
date. For now, it works with what is in the book.
