You wrote earlier Bruce that you are doing all the work. Join the club. I felt that way for *years*. And I really do want to get back to doing updates and contributing, time is just really tough right now. But back to what you posted. This is one of the reasons that I sort of stopped updating. Before I could even make the rounds of all the packages that I use and do the updates, they were obsolete. Can you say spinning wheels? I am fully in favor of the "ongoing release" terminology. And for all practical purposes, this is what we have had for years now. I have some time, and can help update packages, but I saw that it is a never ending cycle of incompleteness, which I looked at as unproductive. Sorry for not contributing in the recent conversations, I have been listening, just not talking. Bruce, you do realize that more than anyone I know where you are coming from and what is ahead of you.
