Thanks to both. gnumeric needs LDFLAGS="-lm" when configured using --with-long-double (that option isn't in the book). Also, ImageMagick needs updating to 6.7.5-0 or later to cope with zlib-1.2.6. I've built 6.7.5-9 which is currently the latest, but I haven't tested it to see if it passes my usage tests. If IM looks ok, I'll add it to my ToDo list (so far: first part of reducing dependencies in gnome by omitting implicit deps, and adding epiphany-extensions). Trouble is, I've got to reconfigure my home network before virginmedia update my kit on Thursday (apparently, their hub offers 192.168.0 addresses, everything *inside* my firewall is currently using 192.168.0), as well as all the other things I've been putting off. ĸen -- das eine Mal als Tragödie, das andere Mal als Farce -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/blfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
