Hello everyone. I have noticed that instructions for Transmission package in the book are slightly incorrect. Since version 2.61 it is not possible to build Transmission against Gtk+ 2. It is only possible to build against Gtk+ 3. This is (obviously) so for the latest version 2.73, which is covered in the book.
So I made a small patch to fix the instructions. You can found it in attachment or you can fix instructions yourselves, if you wish. Thanks!
