Do not remember if these have already been removed or not, but vaguly
remember Igor doing something.

Nathan, I did not do it immediately, because thought to wait for some
input from DJ.

PulseAudio-4.0 moved from required to optional dependency of
OpenJDK-1.7.0.51/IcedTea-2.4.4 at revision 12600.
