I didn't know I had to modify the bootscript version in the book.
Other thing I didn't notice, was the kdm page.
Yes, I think it could be started from inittab, instead of a bootscript.
All being said, I would appreciate you criticizing, or better yet,
modifying the page, improving English, etc.
