It really depends on individual users. The first part for me is fairly
standard... ssl/ssh, wget, sudo, which, Xorg
Some users may want a server without Xorg.
After Xorg, there are multiple window environments that a user might
want ... openbox, lxde, xfce, kde, ...
Each of those has it's own set of dependencies.
So the actual answer is... it depends.
