Notes:
I've updated the script for sawfish. There is a new version 1.11 and
they changed the tarball name format: sawfish_1.11 instead of sawfish-1.10
Upstream has made a change to the directory name for menu-cache. I've
fixed the script to handle that, at least until they change it again or
go to version 2.x.
Both ijs and cups-filters are on www.openprinting.org and that site has
been down for a few days. Anyone know of an alternate location?
Does tk use even/odd point versions for stable/release. Is tk-8.6.3 a
developmental release?
Should there be a ticket for raptor2-2.0.15?
