This shouldn't be needed for Glibc-2.20 (and maybe even 2.19). What
glibc version does your development system have?
I used glibc-2.19 and qemu failed for me without it. It certainly
doesn't hurt anything. I did check that the problematic structure in
xattr.h was the same in both versions.
