I've still got old 7.2 and 7.3 systems at th moment, although they are not maintained and will go when I need to reuse the partition. On 7.2 I was using poppler-0.20.3 and epdfview worked. On 7.3 I had poppler-0.22.1 and that showed the problem.
So, anybody using epdfview with poppler-0.22 or greater will benefit from this. I'll upload the -fixes-2 and then update the book. ĸen -- Nanny Ogg usually went to bed early.
