Re ticket #5850

In my attempts to close long standing tickets, I did install
gnupg-2.1.3, yesterday, in my system.
Required new small package npth-1.2, with no dependencies, CMMI, with a
small test suite.
Still, krb5 uses old pgp2 key, and cannot be authenticated. I didn't go
further testing the dependants, due to other problems that took my time
the rest of the day.
I've seen updates to gnupg-2.1 but not to 2.0, so I think it is time to
do the move.
Shall I proceed with the tests, or there are objections?
I have no issues. Do what you think is right. If there is an issue, it will
come up and we can address it. After all, the purpose of the -dev book is to
explore these type of things.
