No initscript should be needed as it can be started by D-Bus when
needed. I suggest you drop it - only package that can optionally use it
is plasma-nm.
It's also worth noting that it replaces libmm-qt currently in the plasma
chapter - so the deps are much the same as noted above.
To save duplicate work, do you know what the dependencies are for these
files?
