Back to this, and getting ready to set up my profile stuff. For this build I am going with /opt/qt5 and /opt/kf5, but in kf5-intro.html the settings for /opt/kf5 for QT_~PLUGIN_PATH, QML_IMPORT_PATH, QML2_IMPORT_PATH are hardcoded to the directories of /usr/lib/qt5 in kf5.sh, and then the QT5DIR variants get added in qt5.sh.
